Elinor Robin, Ph.D., "The Relationship Mediator," has a unique background that enables her to mediate any type of personal or business issue. She has over 18 years of experience in mediation, working within the public and private sectors, and has mediated thousands of disputes, successfully assisting in conflict management and transformation.

Elinor has an extremely broad education in the areas of conflict resolution, including a Ph.D. in Psychology, with a specialization in conflict management and certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors. And prior to starting her private mediation practice, Elinor created, operated and sold two successful small businesses and has hands-on experience managing conflicts in the workplace.

Elinor is active in the professional community. She has served on the faculty of mediation and dispute resolution symposiums throughout Florida, as well as nationally and internationally. She is also a member of the Florida Supreme Court's Mediation Training Review board, a past president of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators and the Vice-President-Family Mediation of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. She is also the co-founder of Mental Health Professionals of Boca Raton and has achieved Practitioner/Educator membership status with the Association for Conflict Resolution.

Dr. Robin was born and raised in New York and has lived in South Florida for more than 20 years. She is currently in a fulfilling marriage with her husband, David, and has raised two children.
